Trauma-Informed, Healing-Centered & Culturally Driven

Healing-Centered Capacity Building for Tribal Systems and Workforces

Juniper & Pine Consulting, LLC, partners with Tribal and First Nation, and Native Hawaiian communities to strengthen programs, organizations, and leadership through culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and healing-centered approaches that create sustainable change.

We also work with Indigenous allies and other mission-driven non-profit organizations as well as those who serve Tribal citizens.

Most consultants offer training. Most wellness providers offer healing. We integrate healing into systems transformation with measurable performance metrics.

We help Tribal programs move from trauma-impacted systems to resilient, relational, and regulated organizations, without sacrificing culture, sovereignty, or accountability, resulting in:

  • Reduced staff burnout and turnover

  • Improved workforce regulation and morale

  • Stronger alignment between values, policy, and practice

  • Increased program effectiveness and trust

  • Leadership capacity to sustain change beyond the contract

We believe partnership must be demonstrated through action. That is why we compensate community knowledge holders, involve youth and Elders, and reinvest a portion of our profits into Indigenous organizations chosen by our clients.

We use a unique Healing-Centered Indigenous Regulation Framework (c) , which is:

  • Strength-based

  • Culturally grounded

  • Neuro-physiological

  • Relational and systemic

  • Co-created with the community or person we are working alongside

Our work is rooted in engagement, focusing on the strength and resilience of the communities we support.
