Trauma Informed, Healing-Centered & Culturally Driven
Beyond Training. Beyond Healing.
Systems Transformation Rooted in Indigenous Wisdom.
We partner with Tribal Nations, First Nations, Native Hawaiians and Alaska Native communities to build uniquely resilient programs and workforces through healing-centered capacity building that honors their own definitions of sovereignty and culture, while delivering sustainable and measurable results.
You Can't Build Resilient Systems on Trauma-Impacted Foundations
Tribal programs and workforces are navigating unprecedented challenges: staff burnout, high turnover, historical trauma, complex compliance requirements, ongoing toxic environments and systemic oppression and the pressure to serve community while maintaining cultural integrity.
Traditional consulting treats symptoms. Wellness programs offer temporary relief. Trainings create improved education but lack the ability to implement systemic change. None addresses the root: systems that haven't been built to sustain both people and performance.
What if you could transform your organization from the inside out?
Most consultants offer training. Most wellness providers offer healing. We integrate healing into systems transformation with measurable performance metrics.
Move your programs from trauma-impacted, crisis-responding systems to resilient, relational, and regulated organizations without sacrificing culture, sovereignty, or accountability.

The Healing-Centered Indigenous Regulation Framework©
Our proprietary framework (I mean, let’s be real - there is nothing new here and everything comes from Spirit and ancestors, but this is how we deliver it) integrates traditional healing wisdom with contemporary neuroscience and organizational development. It's:
Strength-based – We build on what's already working
Culturally grounded – Rooted in Indigenous ways of knowing
Neuro-physiological – Informed by how trauma impacts bodies and systems
Relational and systemic – Focused on connection, not just compliance
Co-created – Developed alongside the communities we serve

"Kimber, our facilitator has a voice so calm and gentle. Just listening to her lead the group is soothing to my mind. I learned so much from her; how to be a good listener, how to be calm, how to lead with gentleness and how to allow others grace with their emotions along with a teaching on ways to cope with those feelings. She is kind, respectful and I admire her abilities."
